RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Taking care of its customers has always been central to Sridurga’s policies. We always strive to ensure that each of our customers is 100% happy with all their purchase. However, to keep things streamlined, we have formulated a few guidelines so that our customers can continue shopping at Sridurga without facing any problems. Kindly remember the following points when exchanging a product:

Exchange Process
  • Please stick to a week: Please note that you can exchange an item bought at Sridurga within 7 days from the date of purchase provided you produce the bill and keep the product intact along with all its tags and box (if any)
  • Please take care of the product: All items that you want to exchange must be in a saleable condition. Unfortunately, we cannot exchange any damaged or altered product.
  • Please remember the items you cannot exchange: Sale of all accessories and innerwear are final. Once bought, you cannot exchange these items. Items bought on sale or on any special scheme cannot be exchanged as well.
  • Please note the timings: Kindly exchange your products from Monday to Friday between 11 AM and 3 PM.
  • Please remember the days: In order to avoid delays and confusions, we cannot proceed with your exchange request on Saturdays and Sundays, when the number of in-shop customers is usually high. All exchanges must be done on weekdays (Monday to Friday) alone.
  • Please don’t ask for a cash refund: We can only offer you a store credit which you can use to either exchange the size/ colour of the item or buy another item available at the showroom.
  • We look forward to your cooperation in adhering to the above terms and conditions while exchanging a product.
